At only 17-years-old, Chenayder is your favorite artists’ favorite artist. The teenage singer-songwriter’s passion for music sparked from grade-school poetry writing, to now composing personal, introspective lyrics. With the support of her family, Chenayder took advantage of COVID-19 restrictions, and wasted no idle time creating music with just a laptop and microphone. By scouring YouTube for beats and studying musicians that came before her, Chenayder was able to create unexpected, viral hits from the four walls of her bedroom. Chenayder describes her imaginative, eclectic music as “Alternative Soul,” bridging influences from 60’s girls groups, R&B, Pop & K-Pop. Her breakout single, “Fall” immediately became a Tik Tok favorite, and since then, her recent releases including “Strawberry Perfume” and “For One Last Time” have caught the attention of Tyler The Creator & SZA. Chenayder continues to work on her upcoming project, the follow up to 2023’s Blue Oblivion with plans to release in 2024.
