Ketu at Marlow
Ketu, a Nigerian-born LA-based singer & songwriter, infuses R&B with soulful tones, drawing inspiration from Coldplay, Lifehouse, Paramore, and The Script. Discovering these bands through MTV and VH1, he ventured into soul and R&B, attributing his emotional depth to Coldplay’s influence. Starting his music career in earnest in 2020, Ketu, real name Anthony Ketuojor Ikediuba, invested his earnings from a Netflix Black History Month mural into his music, further bolstered by signing with Guin Records and support from The Heard management. Beyond music, Ketu’s interests include chess, basketball, lifting, and reading. His creative ventures span children’s books to collaborations with Netflix, Facebook, ACLU, Universal Music Group, and The NFL, highlighting a multifaceted talent committed to exploring beyond his musical career.
