Baby Kahlo
Baby Kahlo, also known as Kahlo Muerto, is one of Baltimore’s rising, female rappers. Inspired by the style and art of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, she commands attention from everyone anytime she enters a room.
Her own music is inspired by the likes of both 2Pac, DMX, and Willow Smith. It’s sharp, but playful with her flirtatious, yet fiery, lyrics. Kahlo released her debut single, “Kahlo’s Freestyle,” in February of 2017. Since then, Kahlo has performed for numerous events in Baltimore, New York, Texas, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and all over the DMV. In June of this 2018, Kahlo was apart of Atlanta artist, Bali Baby’s Play Girl World Tour. In October of 2018 and 2019 Baby Kahlo performed at A3C’s Care Free Black Girl stage in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2019 Baby Kahlo was featured on red bull music, 1D magazine, and starred in a sound cloud commercial. In 2021 Baby Kahlo performed at SXSW Online and was featured on Teen Vogue. In 2022 Baby Kahlo performed at SXSW Music Festival in Austin Texas. You can find Baby Kahlo’s Music on any music streaming platform.
