The Jellybricks at Continental Club

Date TBA

A rock group in the classic two-guitars/bass/drums tradition, The Jellybricks, persevered for two decades before claiming the spotlight with 2019’s "Some Kind Of Lucky,” their debut album on Wicked Cool Records. Founded in the mid-'90s as a vehicle for guitarist/vocalist Larry Kennedy’s original songs, the band evolved over eight releases into a four-headed collaboration, with all members contributing to songwriting and lead vocals. Their catchy tracks caught the attention of Wicked Cool label founder Stevie Van Zandt, leading to multiple "Coolest Song in the World" titles on Underground Garage radio properties. "Some Kind Of Lucky," featured "Brooklyn," the first track co-written by all four Jellybricks, and received significant recognition, including a Best Video nomination at the Independent Music Awards and a Central PA Music Hall of Fame “Best Rock Band award.” 2024 finds the band back in the studio with Grammy-winning producer Geoff Sanoff, completing work on a new album, with the first single "Monday's Never,” featuring a guest appearance by guitarist Doug Gillard (Guided By Voices, Nada Surf), released in November 2023.
