Discovering these bands through MTV and VH1, he ventured into soul and R&B, attributing his emotional depth to Coldplay’s influence. Starting his music career in earnest in 2020, Ketu, real name Anthony Ketuojor Ikediuba, invested his earnings from a Netflix Black History Month mural into his music, further bolstered by signing with Guin Records and support from The Heard management. Beyond music, Ketu’s interests include chess, basketball, lifting, and reading.
