With music that is sometimes dreamy, sometimes heavy, Brooklyn-based Colatura weaves pop-leaning melodies in and out of fuzzed out guitars. A staple in the Brooklyn scene, Colatura has been described live as “like sunshine streaming out of an amplifier with its volume set at nine”. In 2022, they released their debut album 'And Then I'll Be Happy,' which was featured in publications such as Brooklyn Vegan, Under the Radar, Austin Town Hall and on Spotify's All New Rock editorial playlist. Their sophomore release is slated for later this year.
