Presented by PlantWave
Join us for a discussion between artists, scientists and indigenous leaders whose work prioritizes collaboration with nature. Our panel will share their experiences and insights on creating authentic and impactful stories grounded in the natural world. They will discuss the importance of cultural sensitivity, the role of science in storytelling and the impact of storytelling on conservation and environmentalism.
Topics will include plant communication, plant cognition, and the ethical implications of considering plants as sentient beings. The panel will also include indigenous perspectives on plant consciousness and how traditional knowledge can inform our understanding of nature and our role in Earth’s story.
