Food visionaries, Ellen Yin of High Street Hospitality Group, Tyler Akin of Le Cavalier, and Charisse McGill of Lokal Artisan Foods (home of the French Toast Bites) hit the SXSW stage to share insight into where the culinary industry in the Philadelphia region (and beyond) is headed.
