People no longer just want a job. They want an experience. Why? Experiences make you feel. They keep you invested, fulfilled. It’s tempting to think employee experience requires in-person work and physical spaces, but that misses on what employee experience actually is. It’s a feeling–resulting from the sum total of every interaction at a company.
