Sarah Fern

Sarah Fern is the Chief People Officer at Velocity Global where she oversees the company's global employee experience across more than 185 countries. From workplace strategies, employee engagement, career development to company culture, Sarah combines her 20 years of HR experience to lead impactful change that puts people at the center of the business. Prior to joining Velocity Global, Sarah worked for several high-growth companies such as Saba Software, Honeywell and Mattel. She holds an MA in European Business, Culture and Languages from Oxford Brookes University, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management with the CIPD. She is certified with Henley Business School in Executive Coaching and dedicates her time to mentoring via global organizations in the DE&l space.
