Google “menopause” or “perimenopause” and you’ll find a series of stats like "by 2025 1.1B will be postmenopausal" and "$600B market opportunity." Beyond the numbers, before we truly dismantle the stigma of aging and empower women to approach this stage of life with confidence, we have to culturally embrace the conversation. Women like Judy Greer, Stacy London, and more have used their platforms to flip the script and offer new perspectives for women to embrace midlife. Menopause no longer represents the end of youth, libido, or career, but a more complex, pleasurable journey. This panel will discuss the emergence of new stories, products, and solutions that are leading to a better understanding of what being a “grown woman” is and prove that these are truly the golden years.
