Tracy Gray

Tracy Gray is the Founder and Managing Partner of The 22 Fund (The 22), an impact, early-growth firm with a holistic approach to investing. She is a leader in the movement towards equity and justice in the financial sector. With a passion for working at the intersection of private capital and economic development, her primary focus is around solutions that move capital to women and Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC), especially Black, Indigenous and women of color (BIWOC).
Tracey serves on Melinda Gates’ Pivotal Venture’s Women of Color Advisory Council and numerous global-steering committees focused on the intersection of finance and multiple issues including technology, climate, gender, race and manufacturing.
