Diversifying Tech’s Most Competitive Roles
Even as high school AP Computer Science participation has increased in recent years, the number of students choosing to major in computer science in college has not kept pace. As racial and gender diversity in “Big Tech” remains dismally low, students — especially those who are underrepresented in the industry — need strategic support to proceed from high school, to college, to career.
This panel brings together experts from each stage of the tech diversity pipeline to highlight proven solutions to provide talented and ambitious, yet historically underrepresented, students with the resources, skills, and connections they need to launch tech careers and lead the industry into the future.
