Fortune 500 companies want to serve the world, but to do that, there must be diverse perspectives, voices and insights around the executive table. Historically, there have been a mountain of systemic, invisible barriers making it virtually impossible for Black women to have a seat in the boardroom. Now, a group of exceptional Black women are changing the game in corporate America.
