Black Women Breaking Boardroom Barriers
Fortune 500 companies want to serve the world, but to do that, there must be diverse perspectives, voices and insights around the executive table. Historically, there have been a mountain of systemic, invisible barriers making it virtually impossible for Black women to have a seat in the boardroom. Now, a group of exceptional Black women are changing the game in corporate America. Founder of Black Women on Boards Merline Saintil and BWOB members Gina Loften and Shannon Nash are veteran executives bringing together powerful women of color who have more than proven that diversity improves business results. Moderated by Fortune's Ruth Umoh, they will discuss how they are helping place Black women in corners of power in the business ecosystem and opening doors for the next generation.
