Design Your Alter Ego: Who Do You Need to Be?

Date TBA

Beyoncé used Sasha Fierce to own her sexuality. Bruno Mars used 70s-era Ricky Regal to win Grammys and partner with Lacoste. Whatever you need—confidence, courage, focus, calm—there’s someone inside you who has it.

Many people, from juniors to executives, suffer from imposter syndrome or struggle to leverage their capabilities and share their knowledge. Simple, easy strategies like alter egos and future personas empower people to step into their potential, leverage their unique perspective to create value and impact, and become the influential leader they aspire to be. Who do you need to be to get what you want? Let’s explore that persona.

People who actively engage with their alter egos report more mindfulness, confidence, self-awareness, delight, and a feeling of being more whole.
