Recording: The End of Events, The Dawn of Engagements, Date TBA

We’re all in this room because we love the energy of a good event, but there’s no doubt that events are being deconstructed and reconstructed. Assuming that exhibitor and attendee revenues remain constant, the secret sauce will be in the use of digital technologies to offer new experiences. From contactless check-ins, the use of AI for networking, the incorporation of virtual components, engagement utility tokens, and experiential design we’ll look at some of the players that are nailing the future of events. The result of the messy, reskilling process will be a more engaging, data-fueled experience. Whether you’re an association, an enterprise, a traditional event or a not-for-profit learn from the pioneers, arrows, and all.
