Coming from overlapping corners of the media industry, we learned that it was important for us to cultivate projects and passions for ourselves because they otherwise weren’t available to us. Our panel will share how we leverage digital platforms to build our brands, built positive-sum networks, and created the state of media that we needed and wanted to see.
With the onset of the Great Resignation, there was also a great awakening: People want to bring more of their authentic selves to work, so they constructed alternate visions of work within or outside of their existing career path. In this session, we’ll discuss actionable ways that we’ve built our personal brands by transparently sharing our journey through various digital mediums.
