Burnout Prevention for Changemakers is a participatory workshop designed to help you improve your self-care routine and reduce stress. Anna Lindberg Cedar, MPA, LCSW, LICSW presents DBT’s 4 Solution Analysis - a research-backed burnout prevention tool adapted for self-care use in everyday life. Participants will learn about factors that contribute to burnout and then practice interactive self-care exercises to mitigate stress in real time. Additionally, participants will be asked to reflect on the coping skills that will work best to continue their self-care practice beyond the workshop. Participants will receive access to Workshops For Real Life’s online library of self-care resources and leave with a personalized Self-Care Action Plan. * This workshop uses a self-care framework + is not therapy.
