With a recession and potential hiring freezes coming, companies may feel helpless when it comes to maintaining their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). However, recruitment is only one part of a successful diversity strategy. This workshop will run through the ten key standards that drive diversity in the workplace and allow participants to identify missing elements of their DEI strategy and areas they are excelling. The ten key standards include (not limited to) Inclusive Hiring, Employee Voice and ERGs, Inclusive and Non-Discriminatory Culture, Strategic Commitments and Shared Care. Participants will receive a score across each of the standards and an overall score to enable them to measure their DEI progress tangibly.
