Gemma Lloyd

Gemma Lloyd is the CEO and Co-founder of WORK180. After spending the first decade of her tech career dealing with everyday sexism and discrimination, Gemma Lloyd cofounded WORK180 in 2015 to create an equal working world for women. Gemma has served on three not-for-profit boards including the Diversity Practitioners Association, IT Queensland and Females in Technology and Telecommunications. Gemma has won the WIT Entrepreneur of the Year award and WORK180 won the Victorian Innovation Minister's Diversity Award.
