Free Your Spine to Free Your Mind
The Free Your Spine method workshop will combine fluid and free movements specifically designed to unlock your back and hips of stagnant and stuck energy. The session will take place on and off your chair, using it as a prop to help assist in freeing your spine and opening your hips up. Nicola will help you increase the flexibility in your back, bringing more mobility to your neck, shoulders and hips.
We will start with a series of breath exercises as well as grounding
and connecting in to ourselves. From there we shall explore a liberating move free practice to release ourselves and loosen up the mind and body. We shall follow on with a
series of holistic spinal based movements seated on the chair.
