SXSW Pitch, presented by ZenBusiness, is a platform to allow early-stage technology startups to pitch their product and/or services to industry technology experts, high-profiled media personnel, and Venture Capitalists / Angel Investors. Five companies will dazzle a live audience and a panel of judges with their ideas, innovations, product, and/or service on Saturday, March 11th, in Salon DE, on the 4th floor of the Hilton Hotel. We will announce the winner of the Metaverse & Web3 Technology category at the SXSW Pitch Awards Ceremony on Sunday, March 12th, at 6:00 pm in Salon H on the 6th floor of the Hilton Hotel.

Metaverse & Web3 Technologies that enhance the way people connect, communicate and share unique life experiences with those around them in a digital ecosystem, including but not limited to the Metaverse and Web3 integration. Startups within this category aim to better immerse consumers within their digital experiences through augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), multi-sensory incorporation, wearables, Web 3.0 applications, and blockchain technology. These startups may have applications in dating and friendship, professional networking, content creation, NFT/blockchain, social media, instant messaging, extended reality, mass media, and more.
