No More Mr. Nice Guy is a collaboration between DJs, designers, and other multidisciplinary artists. Started in 2023 in Austin, Texas, by Just Jim and friends, the event concept and adjacent product line were launched with the purpose of platforming authentic electronic music. The core philosophy of the brand is to treat the party as an art project. Inside of this art project, the DJs are invited to tell a story and the audience is invited to follow along. The result is a dancefloor experience that engages the heart and mind as well as the body. In this space, the DJ’s performance is not seen as merely entertainment, but rather as a holistic happening that is simultaneously intimate and impactful.
