Bay City, Texas rapper That Mexican OT is on a mission. “I'm here to devour,” he says, pointing to a string of high-octane releases that have positioned him as a ferocious talent on the rise. While crafting and spitting slick rhymes has been a lifelong passion, he stepped into the spotlight with buzzy 2018 single “Plan C” alongside fellow Texan RoddyRodd, where the pair showed love and respect to the streets that nourished them. Influences from East Coast rap and unmistakable Southern swagger became the foundation of his 2020 debut mixtape, South Texas Project—a record full of cheeky tales of romantic exploits and lyrical warning shots.
