Kosha Dillz, or Rami Even-Esh, is no stranger to SXSW. 2023 will be his fourteenth official SXSW showcase, but he finally had a break thru after last year's festival when his viral street raps in NYC grabbed the attention of Fat Joe to join him in a rainstorm and landed him an in-person audition on Nick Cannon's Wild N' Out. The inevitable result was him landing 9 episodes on season 18 (VH1, Paramount+,MTV) and season 19 this April. From a comical rapper to a serious one, Kosha Dillz embodies the multi-tasker meets storyteller of a former addict turned sober rapper. He uses light-hearted topics to express his unbelievable life experiences. While he has toured extensively with friends like Matisyahu he also plays alongside new legends like Marc Rebillet, Big Freedia, and Run the Jewels while appearing at Bottlerock Napa + Coachella. His meteoric rise in the past year includes 2 viral songs. One is his "Hanukkah song 2.0" paying homage to Adam Sandler with Nissim Black. The other is "Death Con 3", which showed fierce resilience against antisemitic remarks of Kanye.
