Despite the name, Brooklyn Queen is a Detroit native who made her teenage debut with the viral hit "Keke Taught Me" in 2017. Raised by fellow rappers she signed with BMB Records, releasing many singles that echoed the world around her, evolving as she grew from a girl to a young woman.
