Half PG, half WISE, PG WISE is a product of globalizing times. Born blond next to the Autobahn across Kraftwerk´s Düsseldorf, PG played guitar in a punk rock band when he was lured to Buenos Aires to experience deadly Drum´n´Bass nights & Cumbia rhythms.

Back home, studying Latin American Revolutions at Cologne Uni, he dabbled as a journalist interviewing indie legends such as YeahYeahYeahs, The Kills, or Klaxons and ended up napping to Fidel Castro´s speech during a Cuban excursion. Subsequently, he embarked to California, organizing desert raves & debuting Justice on Radio Global in Tijuana while missing the first LCD Soundsystem show on the Westcoast.

The next decade invited him to China. He co-founded music agency FakeMusicMedia importing acts such as Royksopp, Hot Chip, or Massive Attack´s Daddy G to Asia & exporting pioneering Chinese rockstars Pet Conspiracy or Nova Heart around the world.

PG also ran China´s earliest disco series Dance Dangereux.

At Beijing´s premier museum UCCA, he founded WISE Festival in 2018 at the intersection of music, art & technology. This year WISE masterminded Tangerine Dream & a Cyberrave @ SX. WISE returns to Berlin on May 11/12
