Grace Sorensen at Sheraton BackYARD
Grace, a 20 year old R&B/neo-soul artist, first took the stage as a dancer before grade school. Over years of training pre-professionally in commercial dance styles, it became clear that her true purpose was in music.
Her fervent passion opened doors for her to break into the live music territory. Along with opening for Motown legend, Diana Ross, singing backup for Shiela at ACL 2021, and completing her own residency at Firehouse Lounge, she’s become a regular in the studio with BLK ODYSSY and various artists like Rapsody sprinkling in backup vocals and features.
Grace has now successfully released her own 6 singles and 5 song EP available on all platforms with the help of her team, mature writing skills, and assertive executive production. Now working in both Austin and Los Angeles, she is curating her debut album with producers like Bizness Boi and more. She continues to train in professional dance and had the opportunity to choreograph and dance for “Lilyisthatyou” at ACL 2022.
Finding refuge and identity in music, Grace pours her truest feelings and experiences into her work. Through her discography and artistic presence, she hopes to be a voice for the outcasts.
