Ava Maybee
Ava Maybee is a 21 year-old indy pop singer & songwriter from Los Angeles. Singing since before she could walk, Ava Maybee’s musical influences come from all genres including classic rock, Motown soul, and current indy pop. Her soulful bold voice, strong melodies & authentic sense of style led to a ton of charity concerts starting at the age of seven. She support toured in 6 cities last summer for indy bands Quarters of Change, Phangs & Moontower and she has performed at such classic venues as The Hotel Cafe, The Whiskey, & The Nice Guy. Ava Maybee was a fan favorite on American Idol Season 20 where she placed in the top 14 with her standout alto voice, risky song choices & eclectic fashion. She has sang the National Anthem for the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers and Detroit Lions. Currently finishing her senior year at the Clive Davis Institute at NYU/Tisch, Ava Maybee spends her free time thrifting, writing, and recording music. Committed to paying it forward, Ava Maybee is a junior ambassador for Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and a founding member of the UNICEF youth ambassador program.
