Kalpee is a rising artist from Trinidad & Tobago & part of a new generation of Caribbean musicians pushing a fresh tropical sound aptly named “New Calypso”. Having hit No 4 in the UK MW Black Chart this Sept / Oct 22 and spending 10 weeks in the Top 20 , Kalpee continues to build on the explosive success of his past music releases which include singles with Dancehall Queen SteffLon Don & Jamaican singer Mortimer.

To add to his musical credits, Kalpee is the Founder of “Iza Island Wave”, a platform dedicated to bringing music of the Caribbean to the forefront of the international music scene & now the Official Caribbean Stage at Music Matters Singapore & SXSW returning on March 17th 2023 at the Flamingo Cantina Austin TX.
