Rob Taylor
Before becoming one of the most anticipated artists to debut in Hip-Hop, ROB TAYLOR was born Robert Taylor-Johnson in Milwaukee, WI on January 16th. His love for music came at the age of 9. He got his first start making music with his cousin ASTRO SLIK, and at the age of 15 he started performing at local venues all around Milwaukee. Partnering with UW-Milwaukee, Marquette and Planned Parenthood in 2011, ROB, ASTRO and his friends opened up for J. Cole at The Rave in October 2011 under the name “Astroz Dynasty Music Group”. ROB’s first official solo single, “WILDFIRE” was released in August 2017, with “STFU” coming a month later. His debut mixtape “Actions Speak Louder” was released on February 12th, 2018, with the Deluxe coming later in the year. In 2020 he released the singles “Wassup” & “Checklist” for his second mixtape “EPB4LP” (2021), and in 2022 “Checklist” was handpicked by Grammy-Nominated Singer/Songwriter Bee-B to be featured in the TV show "A La Carte". In 2023, ROB released “ROBBY”, the lead single from his debut studio album, due for a November 2023 release.
