NET GALA are one of the driving forces who spearhead the underground electronic scene of the city of Seoul, South Korea. The dramatic, emotional sounds, originated from distorted club music and convulsing archetype of pop, embody NET GALA's reflective, yet fierce nature. NET GALA's approach to suggest what the new club-electronic-dance sounds is heading to is being translated into their music, and into their live sets, combining emotional synthesizer riffs smashed with hard-hitting 808s, as well as some obnocious K-Pop edits or traditional Korean vocals smashed into a blob. Their 2nd and latest EP [신파 SHINPA] where NET GALA translated the misunderstood, 20th century Korean theater genre '신파' into a modern narrative, was met with acclaim, being named Bandcamp's Best Club release of 2022, garnering them a Korean Music Award nomination, and being featured in Louis Vuitton's 2021 F/W Runway featuring BTS. NET GALA's 3rd EP is scheduled to be released in Q3 2023.
