Shye is a 20-year-old independent producer and singer-songwriter from Singapore who also takes on the responsibilities of writing, recording, producing, mixing, and mastering from home.

Since her debut EP “Augustine” (2018), Shye has continued to forge her own path in music and has since released three other self-produced bodies of work. Her 14-track debut album “days to morning glory” (2020), followed by her second EP “hello TRINITY” (2021), and her most recent EP, “idk it’s complicated” (2022) which she launched at her first sold-out headline show.

Shye’s notable achievements include her debut album “days to morning glory” being included in NME’s 25 Best Albums in Asia (2020) and it also won 'Album of the Year' at the Singapore Youth Music Awards (2021). Shye was named 'Best New Act from Asia' at the 2022 BandLab NME Awards and received the 2022 KKBox 'Rising Star Award'. She is a Spotify Radar artist and was featured on a billboard for Spotify Equal’s Campaign in Times Square NYC in December 2021.

Not one to be boxed, Shye continues to challenge herself while having fun exploring and reinventing her sound and music styles.
