Foamboy are a Portland-based pop duo comprised of producer Wil Bakula and vocalist Katy Ohsiek. Wil and Katy worked together for many years in other projects before creating their debut pop album, My Sober Daydream, in 2020 and releasing it in 2021. My Sober Daydream has launched this duo into a new stage of their careers, earning recognition from indie greats including KCRW, Consequence of Sound, Flood Magazine, and Week in Pop. Foamboy has graced some of Portland’s favorite stages, including Holocene and The Doug Fir. Listeners can expect jazz-inspired danceable pop with a hyper-personal lyrical edge.

To follow in the success of their debut album, Foamboy released their single ‘Not A Go’ which made it on FLOOD and KCRW’s top tracks of the week list, and plan to release another few singles in the coming months. Audiences will enjoy an extension of their established sound, as it grows into a new, dreamy direction while staying true to its pop roots.
