Austin School of Film is a 501c nonprofit independent film education institution with a radical mission to offer year-round classes, workshops, and programs that are open to the public led by industry filmmakers in East Austin. Our showcase will feature 20 short films made through Austin School of Film classes from 2019-2022 by independent artists and filmmakers - many of these students are first-time filmmakers navigating the craft to tell meaningful stories and make art. This showcase features boundary pushing experimental shorts, music videos, documentaries, and narrative films.
