The pandemic has rapidly accelerated the adoption of technology across many aspects of our lives and the way we interact with our financial institutions and manage our finances has been no exception. But is this adoption here to stay? In the world of finance, the answer is yes. People have gotten comfortable using their mobile devices and digital solutions to help manage their financial lives in new ways. But the answer is also nuanced. From seasoned to new investors; from people-oriented to tech-oriented consumers, the pandemic has also taught us that there’s no replacement for human connection, validation and advice. This session will focus on emerging consumer trends and the opportunity for financial services firms to innovate how they serve and deepen relationships with customers.
