This workshop is designed to help people who are interested in working in the music industry, primarily women and people of color. The goal of this workshop is to help women and people of color land more roles of influence. Since A&R's are the gate keepers of the music industry, diversifying the industry can help in creating a more inclusive environment. This workshop provides insight of the role and responsibilities of an A&R and direct advice from an expert, VP of A&R at Epic Records, Zoe Young.
The following Topics will be addressed in the workshop:
Pitch Creation
Studio Checklists
Recording Tips
A&R Strategy
Project Development
Digital Marketing & Publicity

and more
