How Soil Can Save Our Planet

Mar 17, 2022

2:30pm – 3:30pm CT

The journey from “farm to fork” can have devastating impacts on our environment. Conventional agriculture remains one of the leading causes of climate change, contributing nearly one quarter of greenhouse gas emissions globally. So how do we put a stop to this vicious feedback loop? To help save the future of our planet we need to look back to indigenous farming practices. This panel of supply chain and agriculture experts will explore how global food producers can actively transform the food system to benefit people and the planet by implementing regenerative agricultural practices that help combat climate change, restore habitats and protect biodiversity, and support farmers and their communities.
