Beyond the obvious health and economic challenges caused by COVID-19, local communities had a range of issues bubbling under the surface: Americans couldn’t vote safely. Nonprofit food distribution was inaccessible. United Way’s innovation team launched a crowdsourcing campaign to unearth 200 issues to help inform the next problems to solve.
