The Growth Strategy of Tokyo Broadcasting System
Amidst the evolution of the media/ entertainment industry, Tokyo Broadcasting System(TBS) has implemented drastic changes in its business strategy. The heart of this transformation is the “TBS Vision 2030” where we are looking to expand our business area / function across the entertainment industry. We will address specific areas which we are targeting as well as actions we need to take to realize the vision. While strengthening our traditional creative content business, we intend to cultivate the foundation of global expansion, digital transformation and experience based entertainment. Our underlying spirit is the continuous challenge to produce moments that will create a better tomorrow.
