With an average national recidivism rate of 43%, the U.S. criminal justice system has continually failed formerly incarcerated individuals reentering society. Poverty is one of the strongest predictors of reoffending, and studies suggest that gainful employment post-release reduces the chance of recidivism. Join us to learn more about innovative policies and solutions that are providing one of our nation’s most vulnerable populations with meaningful second chances and helping prepare incarcerated individuals for success before and post-release.
