Every industry, movement and community is looking for new answers — but not all of them are asking the right questions. Think about it: you put so much heart and creativity into what you say, but do you put any creativity into what you ask? Leaders look for more answers from data these days, but tapping into data sources usually means more widespread use of outdated, clinical, frankly boring survey tactics that can’t possibly generate powerful insights, because consumers are not inclined to respond to them correctly.
