Remote Work: Moving Innovation to the Heartland

For years, America’s Heartland has experienced a resurgence. Today, due to the pandemic and other factors, even more workers are leaving the coasts for new opportunities in the region. But with this growth comes unique challenges. Forward-thinking communities like Northwest Arkansas (NWA) are implementing initiatives to ensure continued vibrancy and inclusivity, both for newcomers and long-term residents, while maintaining their infrastructure and highly-sought-after, affordable costs of living.

During this session, leading experts will share advice, lessons learned and how NWA is leveraging national attention from its talent recruitment programs to redefine perceptions around Heartland life and to help other communities better prepare for their own growth.
