Featured Session: Changing the Future of Food - ASL

Mar 18, 2022

2:30pm – 3:30pm CT

Ron Howard's film We Feed People is screening as part of the SXSW Film Festival: https://schedule.sxsw.com/2022/films/2054908

Food is a universal human right. Food is community. Join Award-winning filmmaker Ron Howard, World Central Kitchen CEO Nate Mook, and acclaimed producer Sara Bernstein for a behind-the-scenes look at their upcoming film WE FEED PEOPLE (World Premiering at SXSW 2022), featuring the work of renowned chef and humanitarian José Andrés. From Haiti to Madagascar, North Carolina to Navajo Nation, Puerto Rico to Washington, D.C., and all around the world, the hunger-solution NGO World Central Kitchen has sped to crisis locations to help with the most urgent of human needs: Feeding communities who suddenly find themselves with no access to food. The conversation will be moderated by Austin-American Statesman's Matthew Odam.
