Common Ground: Modeling Psychedelic Policy Action

Date TBA

The potential of psychedelic-assisted therapies has become clear. The healing potential is evident and a critical avenue to explore as we face impending mental health crises. Thoughtful policy is critical to support research and clinical efforts, considering issues such as safe, responsible use, access and equity, protections for indigenous communities, and preservation efforts. Texas’ HB 1802 set a high bar for policy and strategy – a model that other states may adopt and find stable footing.
