Antifraglity, proposed by Nassim Taleb in 2016, is lately becoming a corporate buzzword amidst this uncertain, random, and accelerated context of changes. During the pandemic, we immersed ourselves in the idea of antifragility applied to brands, companies and people, scanning signals emitted by those who were using the disruption as an opportunity to grow and evolve. In our ongoing research, we've identified 8 strong signals that help us understand what it takes to be antifragile. The panel session is divided in 3 segments: conceptual background via real life examples and creative insights; learning how to identify the signals of antifragility in brands, businesses, ideas and people; and experiencing the antifragility radar as an easy to use innovation tool.
