In its fullest future form, the Metaverse represents the dematerialization of the world as we know it, and the virtualization of new values, expressions, protocols, and environments. Here, individuals are empowered to interact with an infinite number of virtual assets, worlds, and experiences, rendered in real-time. With its constantly evolving economy, the Metaverse will enable its inhabitants to create, sell, trade, and invest in content and assets that push today's boundaries. As this new ecosystem emerges, this panel asks what will fashion — an industry that has always spearheaded creativity — look like in the Metaverse from several perspectives: Commercially, culturally, technologically and societally, and what that means for brands, retailers and creators.
