The multiple award-winning documentary, “The Ants & the Grasshopper,” shows how the fight for climate action will also be a battle for food sovereignty, racial justice, and gender equality around the world. Following the film’s showing, Dr. Karen Magid of Huston-Tillotson University will speak with the filmmaker, author and activist Dr. Raj Patel, to unpack the urgent message behind the documentary.
