Isla De Caras
Isla de Caras is a psychedelic pop project from Buenos Aires, Argentina, formed in 2017 commanded by composer and musician Lautaro Cura. Since then, Isla de Caras has been releasing hypnotic tracks that led the band to be part of the Lollapalooza lineup in 2018. “Chango” (2018), their first album, was reissued in 2020 by the Japanese label P-Vine, and described as a "South American masterpiece, an indie-pop paradise" on the trays of Tower Records Tokyo.
In 2020, Isla de Caras began sharing “Una Caricia”, their second album of first singles, “Partenaire”, “Su Carita”, “Idiota” with the Mexican artist Vanessa Zamora, and “Chica del Verano”, with the Argentine Clara Cava. This album was released by the Catalan label Costa Futuro on September 10, 2021 and presented on a tour of more than 20 shows between Spain and Argentina.
