Kyla Imani, a 20-year-old singer - songwriter is an authentic voice of young women who embody the power of Generation Z. She's been grinding since her 13th birthday when she recreated Beyoncé’s “7/11” music video, which went viral. Buzzfeed and MTV praised her ingenuity and imagination, calling her performance “flawless.” Ever since, Kyla Imani has been dropping relatable bops and growing her social media audience.
Kyla Imani's music shines with a blend of rhythmic R&B, Pop, and Hip Hop/Trap. Kyla showcased her signature raspy tone and range with melodic Hip-Hop featuring Jay Critch on her hit single “Sitting Up In My Room.” In 2019, Kyla Imani went on a national tour headlined by Hip Hop and social media star DDG on the “Breaking The Internet Tour.” While on tour, Kyla released her second EP, “Uploading…” taking charge as the lead songwriter and producer. Kyla Imani's music release went viral with her clap-back "Track Star: Let Him Hurt" Remix on Tik Tok, with over 115,000 videos using her sound and hashtag #LetHimHurt. She followed up with hit singles, "These Boys Ain’t It” and "Big Plans." She's been in the studio daily writing new material, ready to share with the world.
